Awesome spin on CNN Jeopardy Fail(s)

Most imaginative spin from CNN about why its anchors can’t survive a round on Celebrity Jeopardy? They are too smart.

I know, I know … I had trouble swallowing at first, too. But here it is from a CNN insider:

“[T]he buzzer is complicated. It’s not activated until Alex [Trebek] finishes the last syllable of the question. If you hit the button too soon, nothing happens.”

Ya see? It’s the buzzer’s fault.

Funny stuff. Couldn’t possibly be that these “expert journalists” are, at best, only hack news readers, doing a job that an average college sophomore could handle.

But this feeble defense might actually be better than the path chosen by Charlie “Hyena” Gibson, as he proudly laughed about his ignorance of the ACORN story. Geez, Charlie, go blame a buzzer or something. Have some pride, man!
